Size of subtitles, can I help?

I´m a curious, and I already worked with some programming languages, my brother has some problems to read the subtitles (We are brazilian), and he cant speak english.

Thinking that, and the great project you have, I want to know, if have somehow I help you to developing this feature for him, even if this feature do not become public, and then help you with you need.
