Once I pick a movie and it finishes downloading, the audio starts but the screen disappears. I only tried Rio 2. I'm using Windows Vista on a laptop and I have a second monitor hooked up for movies. What can I do to fix this? Thank you!

Might be the 2nd monitor which is causing the problems. Have you tried turning it off to check if that's the problem?

Yeah, I have. If it is the second monitor, that's still a glitch that needs to be fixed.

It stops and starts and lags and repeats the same 5 seconds of audio three times while the picture is frozen (and does that throughout the entire movie every 20 or so seconds). I haven't been able to watch anything normally except for the one time I got Rio 2 to work without the external monitor.

Hmm, what System are you running? Could your driver be outdated?
I just thought it might had something to do with the extra monitor since i've experienced some problems myself when watching videos with a 2nd monitor added.

I run dual 27" monitors with a Matrox card, BUT my first experience I downloaded the 1080 version and had bad video problems lots of breaking up, BUT fab audio. No problems. I figured it was a memory problem, so I then downloaded the 720 version and got a decent image but this repeating audio like you describe... no answer just noticed that the audio was good on 1080p.
