Stuck at Starting download

when i'm connected to the VPN and start watching a movie. It sometimes getsstuck at the "Starting download".

Is this caused By bad connection to the vpn or just bug on the popcorn time?

I have same problem on Windows 7 with or without VPN. Any solution?

I'm having the same problem, the alpha or beta version. Any way to work this out?

Also when the VPN is connected? Or not? I wonder if it's a bug with the VPN...

Yes, it appears to be related. I have the same problem on Windows 7. I just tried to disconnect the VPN and the movie downloaded normaly.

same for me. works with no vpn but when I try to use the VPN it doesn't work. I'm using Windows 7.
