Skipping Video restarts video - Windows 8.1 update 1

Whenever I try to skip part way through a TV Episode, it just restarts the video from the beginning. Movies seem to work.
Any suggestions?

Using Surface Pro 2, Windows 8.1 Update 1 64-bit OS

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the belated response...
We are aware of this issue with fast forwarding TV shows and we're working on fixing it for the beta 4.3 hopefully, so please stay tuned, it should be out in a few days!!
